Lanetta Ashmore has been with Tehachapi Real Estate since 1999.

Before joining Tehachapi Real Estate, Lanetta worked in property management for many years. There she learned the basics of Real Estate and since that time her knowledge of the business has become immeasurable.

Lanetta moved to Tehachapi in 1994, along with her husband Marlon, and her two grown children who still live at home. Marlon works for the state of California and also has his Real Estate License. Her son, Brandon is 22 years old and is a heavy equipment operator and her daughter, Anicia is 21 and is a cosmetologist. Lanetta and Marlon attend the Stallion Springs Church and are very much involved with the church’s youth, giving their time as the Youth Group leaders.

When Lanetta is not working, she and Marlon like to go camping in their Lazy Days RV and look for new places to camp and fish.

Lanetta is a full time agent here at Tehachapi Real Estate and has an assistant named Kathy Morgan who has been with her for four years now. Together, they have proven themselves to be at the top of the real estate industry here in Tehachapi. Lanetta loves living here and she loves what she does. She is currently involved with the Tehachapi Area Association of Realtors and is currently working on getting her GRI.
