Gary has recently moved to Tehachapi. He has been in property management for the past ten years. As a general manager of a manufactured home dealership, he gained a knowledge of real estate practice and sales.

Gary and his wife Karen are property managers at Willow Springs Estates, a Manufactured Home Community in Tehachapi where they have a branch office for Tehachapi Real Estate.

When not working, Gary and his wife can be seen "Keeping the Peace" at various events throughout the area as Wyatt and Josie Earp old west reanactors.
